You’re splitting my infinitives, Mother. I most certainly did steal the car without getting caught… by a policeman! You didn’t know until the next morning, so the deed was done and I slept in my bed without punishment. It wasn’t until the next day that you knew anything was wrong. And I confessed because I am a horrible liar and it would have brought even more punishment for lying. I never said I didn’t get off scott free. Trust me when I say that I will retell the story to Sarah with emphasis on my getting caught and punished. As for two, I’m glad we don’t live in Idaho where I would have need to heat the house with electricity… and I love my brother for at least that bit of childhood we can laugh at now.

And now that there’s proof that you have read my blog, I guess I better watch myself. Actually, perhaps you had better brace yourself.

TA DA! Trish, I wanted to show you that I have atleast read this far into your blog. I want to clarify a couple of things… 1 – you did not get away with stealing the car; hence, the grounding and 2 – how would you like paying for heating by electricity? That’s what your brother used in his bedroom. It’s so good to laugh about it now so just remember don’t fret because it will be funny later.

Good job Sarah & Zack! Boo hoo! I missed Zoe’s 1st birthday but I’ll check out the video.

Lan, I can’t wait to see how they turn out… you will blog them, of course? I need to go to the store and get some ginger. Would you put the ginger syrup on pancakes, I wonder? I did that with the caramel syrup from your caramel cake recipe. Only just finished it the other day.

i finished your cookies but i tote your heating pad around like a security blanket.

my dough came out soft, i added ginger syrup to the batter. so i’ll just freeze them and cut them when still hard and pop them in the oven. here’s to them not stinking.

How did Zack’s project turn out? I am trying to help Meda decide on a SF project for this year. I want it to be something simple enought that she can actually do it almost by herself, yet interesting. I love your blog
